Rachel TaalibDeen is a native of Detroit, Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters of Education Degree from Wayne State University.
Ms. TaalibDeen has over 20 years of experience serving youth and families as a Public School teacher and as Executive Director of acclaimed nonprofit agencies. Her vision and leadership as the Executive Director of North Dade Youth and Family Coalition since 2010 has successfully cultivated and secured strong community partners that work in collaboration and coordination to empower and protect youth and families in North Miami Dade County.
Ms. TaalibDeen is certified as a Triple P Facilitator and Botvin Life Skills Trainer. She has been recognized for her dedication and support of children and families by the City of Miami Gardens Police Department, the Leonard Turkel Nonprofit Network and the Leonard Smith Award for Organizational Excellence.
